Established in 1958 by Roy Hall and brothers Milo and Kenneth Stallman, Santa Fe Glass is currently located in the Kansas City area near the Santa Fe Trail on the historic Independence Square which is how our name was derived.
The glass business was sold in 1986 to Dan and Nancy Donovan, along with Nancy’s parents Charles and Mildred Rodgers. Roy Hall retired after the sale of the business, while Milo and Kenneth Stallman continued to work for the new owners.
Santa Fe Glass purchased the assets of Harrisonville Glass in Harrisonville, Missouri for residential glass and commercial glass services, and our second location was opened.
We opened our third location in Odessa, Missouri.
We built a new larger facility in Harrisonville, MO to better serve our customer’s needs.
We opened our fourth location in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
We crossed the state line and opened our fifth location in Lenexa, Kansas.
We built a new larger facility in Odessa, MO to better serve our customer’s needs.
We moved to Merriam, KS to a bigger facility to better serve our customer’s needs.
Santa Fe Glass continued to grow, adding our 6th location in Gladstone, MO.
As of November 1, 2014, the auto-glass division was transferred to Safelite so that we could concentrate on expanding and servicing Residential & Commercial glass needs of our customers.
We moved our Lee’s Summit Location to a bigger facility on Market Street to increase our levels of glass on hand and to better service our customers.
We moved our Gladstone Location to a bigger facility on the corner of 73rd and North Oak Trafficway to increase our levels of glass on hand and to better service our customers.
